Who we are

United Soccer Group (USG) is a premier soccer club located in Berkshire County, Western Massachusetts, serving players of all ages, genders, and backgrounds from Massachusetts and neighboring states, including Connecticut, New York, and Vermont.

The club was founded in June 2023 by Mark Gillon and Rich Powell, who bring over 25 years of combined coaching experience within the region.

Our mission is to develop talented individuals and teams, with the needs of the players at the forefront of everything we do. We strive to provide enriching opportunities for players of all ages from both our immediate and neighboring communities.

Through exceptional service, focused partnerships, and well-structured programming, we aim to actively engage with our community at all levels. We offer a premier pathway while also supporting travel and recreational programs. Our goal is to foster the growth of regional soccer participation and ignite a greater passion for the game of soccer as a whole.
